OVERVIEW:

This position will support operation needs which include coordinating with 3PL warehouse and Logistics section to reducing lead times, improving supply chain quality, planning, scheduling, and meeting customer delivery objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead the department to profitability and operational excellence
• Manage and control 3PL warehouse to be achieved SLA
• Productivity measurement and tracking
• Production assembly management
• Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements
• Developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
• Data analysis and action planning; strong numerical skills
• Helps resolve warehouse-related issues with representatives from other department throughout the company
• Reconcile monthly invoice
• Documentary all activity related with warehouse

Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years warehouse managerial experience
• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices
• Extensive software-based warehouse/logistics/operations experience

Education and Professional qualification

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering management, Supply Chain and Logistic management or related filed
• Experience in retail business/online is a plus
