Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the department to profitability provide cost saving and operational excellence
- Productivity measurement and tracking
- Maximize productivity, cost optimization and continue process improvement
- Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and space utilization with long term plan for support business growth
- Developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
- Data analysis and action planning; strong numerical skills
- Helps resolve warehouse-related issues with representatives from other department throughout the company
- Ad-Hoc problem solving
- Reconcile monthly invoice
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering management, Supply Chain and Logistic management or related filed
- 3+ years in warehouse managerial experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices
- Extensive software-based warehouse/logistics/operations experience
- Possess a self-motivated desire to improve processes and procedures
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrates a positive “can do” attitude in all situations
- Great and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Have driving license and own car
