Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruiting mainly focus both IT & E-Commerce and related position.
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract the fit candidate
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate.
- Build Network to find qualify candidates.
- Support administration task in Human Resource
- Efficiently and effectively fill vacant positions on time.
- Able to work under pressure
- Other tasks assigned by Head of HR
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2 years + Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure.
