Key responsibilities:
- Recruiting mainly focus both IT & E-Commerce related position.
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract the fit candidate
- Efficiently and effectively fill vacant positions on time.
- Reviewing employee and candidate data and inputting this into relevant HR databases.
- Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions.
- Create employee branding strategy for FB, LinkedIn channel to directly connect with target audience, curating content style and information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Human Resources Management, Political Science, Phychology, and related field
- Strong and effective communicator, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure
- Positive and Super Active!
