Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inventory management and warehouse capacity planning to handle significant business growth and promotional fluctuations while meeting operational targets
- Calculating promotion, seasonal or event related product level forecast using the regional promotion forecast tool
- Collating Forecast issues, identifying and analyzing opportunities to optimize calculation and improving both total company and store level forecast accuracy
- Work closely with cross functional team improve operational performance related to E-commerce through continuous improvement tools
- Coordinate with commercial, marketing and brand teams for sales planned in different period to forecast operations’ needs and inventory levels
- Oversee development of systems and processes of continuous improvement
- Ad-Hoc problem solving
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Experience with implementing continuous improvement and innovation into e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems
- Experience in e-commerce business is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and Excel
- Possess a self-motivated desire to improve processes and procedures
- Strong problem-solving
