Responsibilities:

Materialize Digital Product Owner’s visions by using user-centric design approach; research, prototyping & testing, and conducting other activities to gather data for the products and services.

Accountable for delivery of validated design artifacts, including and not limited to (lo/mid/hi-fi) wireframes, wire-flows, user journeys, prototypes or other that optimized for a wide range of interfaces and devices.

Collaborate very well with UI designers, other team members and stakeholders in delivering results, helping & sharing knowledge and experience with them, and also learn from them.

Maintain the data, information, and digital assets in the working area.

Find new trends, new technology and create new innovations related to creating a better user experience for the products and services of the company or related to other industries of the company group.
Qualifications:

At Least 3-4 years of experience in UX designer or proven experience as a UX Designer

Understand business models especially RETAIL BUSINESS and user psychology that are related to the products and services of the company

Familiarity with Figma and diagrams, models or tools that are related to delivery UX tasks.

A team player that enjoys a fast paced agile, collaborative design process.

Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind with business acumen.

Excellent in communication skills.

Background in data analytics, research, statistics, front-end coding and project management is a plus.
