We’re looking for Senior Training & Development Officer who can help supporting Human Resource operations and management. And also efficiently work with the team to contribute for the betterment of our organisation.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage training needs survey, prepare in house training, and execute training needs identified, keep training record updated
- Organize and arrange both the In-house and Public training classes based on the training year plan
- Conduct report concerning with training and development and submit report to “Labor Skill Development” comply with law requirement
- Conduct the project concerning organization development such as talent management, organization culture, training road map and others
- Execute knowledge management job such as community of Knowledge Sharing, E-learning and another project concerned
- Conduct engagement activity and Culture Encoraging such as Monthly Activity, Special Activity to build collaboration and others
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of HRD experience in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication/facilitation, Good interpersonal skill
- Being assertive and Proactive, initiative and Creativity
- Experience in internal trainer or facilitator would be advantage
