Key responsibilities
- Develop event idea, plan, and implement for all marketing campaign.
- Manage budgets for project initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that it is used effectively to achieve project KPI.
- Manage and control production, installation, and event operations according to plans or projects.
- Report and track activity performance, such as brand awareness, coupon distribution and redemption, etc to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years work experience and required skill.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with able to handle cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and project management.
- Detail-oriented, opened-mind, organization skill and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and multiple priorities.
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility, and (preferably) a sense of humor in a fast paced business environment.
