OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a  Senior Brand Acquisition Manager who can work in a wide range of industries and may be responsible for varying types of purchases accordingly. Generally, they have common core tasks that they are responsible for regardless of the employing industry. A list of these duties has been compiled and provided below.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Responsible for new brand acquisition for assigned products
• Ensure success of key vendors on HER/KP (King Power) e-commerce platform including driving Orders & Revenue and smooth operation
• Work closely with the merchandising team to fill assortment gaps and new potential vendors
• Work closely with cross functional teams for any relating topic to ensure success of onboarding new sellers to HER/KP platform
• Building good relationships and trust with vendors to understand more about their business and their key success factors
• Able to advise vendors about promotional campaigns and product selections; give actionable customer feedback and related customer needs to help vendors grow their businesses
• Manage communication channels with a group of vendors to ensure mutual understanding
• Meet target set by Head of Brand Development in terms of quantity and quality of new vendors recruited

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, Economics, Applied Mathematics or its equivalent
• 5 years experience in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development and in E-Commerce business
• Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of key areas of brand management and buying role, including margins, profit, sales, inventory management and team leadership
• Work closely with brand/vendors
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time
• Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution
