Responsibilities:
- Research and observe customer behavior at various touch points throughout the service experience then creates new processes, identify problem and propose improvements to the service experience at our store.
- Map out processes in detail to ensure that overall design considers customer-service data analysis and meets all current needs.
- Set a timeline for the completion of a design project.
- Provide a full set of architectural drawings. Visualizing and sketching design plans including inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
- Collaborate with Retail Visual Merchandising Team to verify and track store design and functions in ways of optimizing user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming meetings with partners and internal team in the creation of new concepts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design or in related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in Service Design field
- Experienced in retail business
- Hands on experience in technical design with be able to use Auto CAD
- Good Understanding in User Experience strategy and User Journey Map
- Strong project management skills and result driven mindset
- Attention to details and analytic approach
- Problem Solving skill
