Responsibilities:

  • Research and observe customer behavior at various touch points throughout the service experience then creates new processes, identify problem and propose improvements to the service experience at our store.
  • Map out processes in detail to ensure that overall design considers customer-service data analysis and meets all current needs.
  • Set a timeline for the completion of a design project.
  • Provide a full set of architectural drawings. Visualizing and sketching design plans including inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with Retail  Visual Merchandising Team to verify and track store design and functions in ways of optimizing user experience.
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings with partners and internal team in the creation of new concepts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design or in related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in Service Design field
  • Experienced in retail business
  • Hands on experience in technical design with be able to use Auto CAD
  • Good Understanding in User Experience strategy and User Journey Map
  • Strong project management skills and result driven mindset
  • Attention to details and analytic approach
  • Problem Solving skill
