This position requires a candidate who has experience in planning and managing the execution of production projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities: 
– Assessing project scope and reviewing briefs to ensure all details are smoothed
– Developing project briefs and ensuring the briefs are effectively distributed
– Managing the studio’s production budget – including freelance support
– Planning and managing the execution of production projects from beginning to end
– Monitor and approve product costs associated with product creation
– Allocating resource across internal and external teams.
– Define deadlines, negotiate timelines when needed, and manage expectations of project stakeholders

Qualifications: 
– At Least 5 years of experiences in production field
– At Least 3 years of experiences in managing or supervisor level
– Experienced working with creative teams, producer, photographer & editor and stylist
– Experienced in estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
– Curious and holds a passion for creating creative works
– Ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility and a sense of humor in a fast-paced production movement
