Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare document to claim CN with MD
- Prepare tracking and monitor customer’s claim
- Collaboration with operation, Customer Service team and Logistic team to run return process and do problem solving
- Review and do continue process improvement
- Managing stock, CN and other return expense to ensure stock balance between physical and data in system
- Prepare tracking report
- Ad-Hoc Problem Solving
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, new grad are warm welcome
- Good service mind and strong collaboration skill
- Stock management
- Process or systematic thinking
- Collaboration
