KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Merchandise and Warehouse for daily tasks.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for tracing and solving pending issues.
- Calculating and issuing orders to suppliers for stock fulfillment
- Monitor and control aging, slow-moving, non-moving and damaged items and plan for next step action to prevent dead stock and reduce inventory disposal.
- Responsible for generating month end inventory reconcile report.
- Participate in warehouse annual cycle count and reconcile stock with inventory accountant.
- Initiate and update working flow and policy of related responsibilities field.
- Planning inventory inbound and generating assembly order to product finished goods (WISH BU).
- Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- bachelor’s degree Logistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 1-3 years’ experience in Inventory, Logistics, or warehouse is preferable.
- Good command of Microsoft tools and ERP program.
