Job Description:

Learning & Development

  • Orientation and On-boarding Program
  • Learning & Development Plan & Execute
  • Employee Learning Data (Include training report submit to the Department of Skill Development’s requirements)
  • Assisting the manager to map out an annual HRD plan and strategy

HROD

  • Culture : Organize/coordinate all employees’ activities such as Monthly Activities, New Year, Team building, CSR, Open house, etc.
  • Internal Communication : Improve Communication in workplace
  • Data Management : Assisting the manager to design & execute

Others

  • Support all including HR practices as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • 0-3 years’ experience of hands in HR field
  • Good Communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity, Great interpersonal skills and friendly personality
  • Energetic, Initiative, Implementable are required
