RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Implement strategic and oversee retail operational plans to ensure development and achieved targeted KPi’s
- Manage and control store operations, inventory, operation capabilities, and strategies.
- Responsible for P&L, budget control and cost optimization.
- Contribute and Review operations strategy with accountability for business performance, productivity, and service levels.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement process and identify systems.
- Managing and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Implement brand experience standards and demonstrate brand essence to build customer loyalty and maximize profitability.
- Develop and improve business through the identification of profitable new locations
- Reviewing and analyze the performance of the brand to maintain a constant awareness in the local market.
- Review and analyze competitor activities, prices, market demographics, advertising, and marketing opportunities
- Identify new opportunities and strategies to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering management, Supply Chain and Logistic management or related filed
- Experience in online business is a plus
- Broad knowledge for retail operations, inventory management, Budget control, cost optimization and P&L statements.
- Problem Solving Skills and Analytical skills.
