We’re looking for General Administration & Coordinator who can help supporting Human Resource operations and management. And also efficiently work with the team to contribute for the betterment of our organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

– HR Administration

  • To assist HR Team about all employee work life cycle from onboarding program till resign process (such as prepare laptop, drawer, seat, finger scan, office touring, register email/ workplace, etc.)
  • To support in time attendance administration process
  • Handling HR tasks and other ad hoc tasks as assigned

– Office Administration

  • Greet visitors by providing excellent customer service with warm and friendly manner as receptionist
  • Organize and supervise all office administrative activities to facilitate smooth and efficient running of the office related with general office maintenance, maid, Office big cleaning, Pest Control, Covid -19 Control, parking space, etc
  • Coordinate with office building and Security team (to fulfill office needs and requirements)
  • Coordinate with internal maids (to fulfil office’s hygiene and security standards)
  • Manage stock inventory for office supplies, stationaries, medicines and other office equipment; responsible for open purchase request and purchase order
  • Handle mailing services and courier
  • Consults with HR team to identify problems, develop, create and maintain quality operating standards for the office
  • Communicates, co-ordinates and implements office policies and procedures
  • Handling GA tasks and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Female, age 24 – 28 years’ old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Service-minded and Customer-oriented
  • Fast learner and doer (with ability to work under pressure and multi-task)
  • Active, High attention to details, with can-do attitude, Self-motivated and hands-on
  • Great interpersonal skills and friendly personality (to make good relationships with employees and pleasant impression to visitors)
  • Available to work overtime and some weekend
