OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Demand Officer who can be responsible of supporting the supply chain team and ensuring that all procurements are done on a timely basis. The Demand Officer will be responsible for following up on certain procurements remotely in different sites as needed, and will work closely with all sectors to ensure that planned activities are implemented accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Manage products, analyze the amount of both incoming and outgoing inventories, and will be controlling inventories to always ready for sale.
• Checking all product age in the shelf  by returning products and withdrawing new products to replace.
• Controlling the stock of products on the website to be accurate and ready for sale.
• Prepare a summary of operation reports for supervisors.
• Build teams and operational processes efficiently, including giving advice and solving problems for subordinates and Weave work so that all parties work in TIS in the same way.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years experiences in supply chain field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Office specially in Excel.
• Experience in e-commerce business.
• Have skills in planning, design, analysis, operations, including being able to manage time and Priority.
• Have leadership, personnel and team management skills to be able to carry out the tasks according to objectives.
