Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement that deliver sales and customer retention
- Create creative content for social media, blog, advertorial, etc
- Brief media artwork such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Line, etc. in various size and format
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to maximize audience attention
- Support content distribution to online channels, social media platforms, and online marketing initiatives to increase web traffic, together with the group marketing department
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in company guidelines including content strategy, voice, tone, style, and digital and traditional distribution channels
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of marketing experience with editorial, content marketing, or communications
- B.A. or higher degree from an accredited institution in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to engage the targeted audience with value proposition marketing and communications to drive business growth and retention
- Requires strong creative technical writing and/or content development skills including copywriting
- Able to manage a variety of projects and timelines in a faced paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak periods
- A ‘can do’ attitude and positive thinking, including creative thinking, are requisites
