OVERVIEW: 

We’re looking for Product Manager who help support and work proficiently with the team and contribute outstanding ideas to initiate innovative solutions to improve our product and take our organisation forward.

Key responsibilities

• Understand our product’s strategic and competitive position.
• Innovate new ways in which our product benefits from the data points we have whether monetary or not.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps and growth opportunities based on both business directions and innovative ideas.
• Enable other product teams to deliver impactful products aligned with our mission.
• Incorporate data, research, best practices and analysis to plan for development team.
• Prioritize competing tasks with a clear strategy in mind.
• Work closely alongside the engineering, designer, and various business units to manage the success of our platform.
• Coordinate with external teams to organize plans and achieve the same goals.
• Continuously adapt short-term plans to meet market changes and meet customer needs.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

Qualifications

•  At least 2+ years working experience in Product Management/Business Analyst/System Analyst.
• Experience at an online organization, E-commerce, Retail would be beneficial.
• Experience in Agile Product Management or working in an Agile Environment
• Experience in the data stack is a key requirement for this role. You should be familiar with SQL, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
•  Possess critical-thinking abilities and problem solving skills.
• You are a storyteller and can simplify complex topics for other BUs so that they understand what we are trying to achieve together.
• You are passionate about ensuring that new experiences meet customers needs and align with our business strategy.
