Job Description:
Learning & Development
- Orientation and On-boarding Program
- Learning & Development Plan & Execute
- Employee Learning Data (Include training report submit to the Department of Skill Development’s requirements)
- Assisting the manager to map out an annual HRD plan and strategy
HROD
- Culture : Organize/coordinate all employees’ activities such as Monthly Activities, New Year, Team building, CSR, Open house, etc.
- Internal Communication : Improve Communication in workplace
- Data Management : Assisting the manager to design & execute
Others
- Support all including HR practices as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- 0-3 years’ experience of hands in HR field
- Good Communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Creativity, Great interpersonal skills and friendly personality
- Energetic, Initiative, Implementable are required
