Key responsibilities:

Learning & Development

  • Orientation and On-Boarding Program
  • Learning & Development Plan & Execute
  • Employee Learning Data (Include Training report submit to the Department of Skill Developement’s requirements)
  • Assisting the manager to map out an annual HRD plan and Strategy

HROD

  • Culture : Organize/coordinate all employees’ activities such as Monthly Activity, New year, Team Building, CSR, Open House etc.
  • Internal Communication : Improve Communication in workplace
  • Performance Management : Assisting the manager to Design & Execute

Support all including HR practices as assigned

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher in any field
  • 1-2 years of hand in HR field
  • Good communication skill and Human skill
  • Creativity, Great interpersonal skill and friendly personality
  • Energetic, Initiative, Implementable are required
