Key responsibilities:
Learning & Development
- Orientation and On-Boarding Program
- Learning & Development Plan & Execute
- Employee Learning Data (Include Training report submit to the Department of Skill Developement’s requirements)
- Assisting the manager to map out an annual HRD plan and Strategy
HROD
- Culture : Organize/coordinate all employees’ activities such as Monthly Activity, New year, Team Building, CSR, Open House etc.
- Internal Communication : Improve Communication in workplace
- Performance Management : Assisting the manager to Design & Execute
Support all including HR practices as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in any field
- 1-2 years of hand in HR field
- Good communication skill and Human skill
- Creativity, Great interpersonal skill and friendly personality
- Energetic, Initiative, Implementable are required
